How do you check in on someone who seems fine but isn’t? How Are You, Really? challenged Singaporean youths to go beyond surface-level conversations and offer real support to friends struggling with depression. Designed to make tough conversations easier, the campaign redefined how mental health is talked about—one deeper check-in at a time.
